Katie Baker
Katie is a Sterling account executive, providing service to political, nonprofit and corporate clients. Katie brings to Sterling experience in public relations, broadcasting, communications, social media and journalism.
Prior to joining Sterling Katie was a freelance PR assistant to Sally Peters at S.A. Peters Marketing and Consulting.
Katie previously worked as a student assistant in the Central Michigan University Athletic Communications department for four years. While working in Athletic Communications Katie served as the primary media contact for men's and women's cross country and track and field for two seasons and was a key part of the game day statistics crew for home football and basketball games.
She also served as an intern at WLNS Ch. 6, Michigan Children's Trust Fund and Special Olympics Michigan in Mount Pleasant.
Katie graduated in August 2011 with a degree in Integrative Public Relations and journalism from Central Michigan University.
